Ordering
 
As you go through our website selecting the products that meet your requirements, just add them to your basket. Once you are finshed shopping, you just need to check out!

Payment
Once you've checked out there are a number of ways to pay for your bed:
 
Online Credit/Debit Cards:
You will be directed through to our online payment portal, this is managed by WORLDPAY (part of the RBS Group). Here you just need to complete the simple details in order to complete your purchase.
 
Postal order / Cheques:
We are happy to accept Postal Orders / Cheques for your purchase:

Unfortunately we are unable to process your order unit we have cleared funds, therefore your order will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared (usually 3-5 working days).
 
Bank Transfer:
If you would like to pay online via bank transfer please contact us. We are happy to accept online transfers or direct bank-in to our account.
 
Paypal
You can pay via your paypal account, just 'send money' to: sales@ourbeds.co.uk, please state you name in the subject line so we can match your payment and order.
 
By Phone
